The History of Pavilion Management

In 2017, Foluso Ladejobi sold the Source, Ltd.—a first of its kind thriving villa rental company—in order to focus on two personal villa development projects: Coral Pavilion and Emerald Pavilion. It was during the end stages of construction of the first villa, Coral Pavilion, that Pavilion Management, Ltd. was born.

During the following years, Foluso gained invaluable experience working closely with the architects, contractors, and interior designers of the astonishing luxury villa property. Her involvement and connection with this process revealed just how the identity of the villa is formed, and how this unique character plays a crucial role in establishing brand identity.

Pavilion Management aims to unlock the unique spirit of each villa and promote individuality rather than standardize the rental experience. This goal is approached with careful purpose and exceptional service.

Pavillion Management continues to grow beyond its two original villas, applying the above goals to each new property, and with great ambition toward the future.
