Property inspections include the following:

  • Entrance gate functionality and security

  • Inspection and weekly operation of generator

  • All automatic timers for pumps and lights

  • Septic and water systems (heater, cistern)

  • Pool checks (pumps, filters, pressure gauges, heaters, chemical levels)

  • Inspection of pest control

  • Liaison with outside contractors (landscaping, HVAC, pool cleaning & irrigation)

  • Tennis court lights, gym equipment, etc.

  • General walk-through directing staff to carry out a minor property works

  • Hurricane prep, post-clean-up, and post-inspection and insurance claim assistance
